Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

• Guests may cancel up to 60 days prior to arrival and receive a refund, less a €200 cancellation/administration fee.
• Cancellations within 60 days of the arrival date, as well as no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Any costs related to bank transfers or refund processing are the responsibility of the guest.
